I didn’t know what to expect when I worked with Gina, but some really fascinating things came up.

One of the biggest things she helped me reconnect with was how to protect myself energetically. All the usual “new age” ideologies had never worked for me. (Bubbles, obsidian, etc.) During our session together, I remembered “lemons” - and, of all things - a bird skull hanging from my belt on my right hip. 😂

What really blew my mind was that after our session, I started looking into both of those things, and discovered that lemons and bird skulls have actually been used historically as symbols of protection. I mean… what are the odds?

More than this, Gina helped me connect with a part of myself that I’m still exploring: the wandering, unconventional, intuitive, fiercely independent part of me that I’ve been calling my “Gypsy” side.

It feels like the Gypsy has been there all along, but it somehow got buried under everything life has thrown at me. Gina helped me get quiet enough to find the door to that part of myself again.

I have had several hypnotherapy sessions with Gina, focusing mostly on past life regression. Each session has been unique and has unlocked a different set of insights, shedding light on past traumas and challenges. Gina takes a dynamic approach, incorporating her considerable intuition into deciding what approach is most appropriate for a given session. Her guidance through the process is amazing, as she has an uncanny ability to discern the essential messages and themes that are being communicated. Every one of my experiences has been deeply moving and very emotional. As someone who doesn't express emotions very readily, there has been something very freeing about this. The past life memories that have emerged have been enigmatic but also strangely familiar. I am very grateful to have this opportunity to work with Gina. She has been a pivotal part of my ongoing spiritual journey. Thank you!

My hypnotherapy experience with Gina was incredibly healing and meaningful. From the beginning, her gentle demeanor and soothing voice created a space where I felt safe enough to go into some very deep and painful places within myself.

She helped me recognize and release family trauma and emotional patterns I had carried for years, including understanding that some of the pain and heaviness passed down through my family was never mine to carry. One of the most powerful moments was connecting in my heart and subconscious with my father who has passed. I had been carrying a fear that I was disappointing him, along with insecurities, self-sabotage, and the feeling that I wasn't where I "should" be in life.

Gina helped me see those feelings with compassion instead of judgment and begin releasing their hold on me. I left our session feeling lighter, more connected to myself, and reminded that I am allowed to create my own path without carrying everyone else's baggage with me.

Gina truly has a gift for gently guiding you into the places within yourself that are asking to be healed. I love her dearly and am so grateful for the experience.
